Dear President or authorized representative of community organizations,

As you know, Nepali American Community Center (NACC) was established by DC Metro community members, organizations and friends around the world in the year 2019. The objectives of NACC is to preserve and promote Nepali identity, culture, languages, social and cultural values, norms and manners through the organization; as well as maintain and operate Nepali American Community Center to facilitate social, educational, cultural, literary, spiritual and sports activities and programs aimed at promoting multiculturalism and social harmony in Northern Virginia.

Many of you are institutional founding members of NACC. Many of you collaborated with NACC to run COVID-19 support programs and supported Teej celebration and Deusi Bhailo Tihar celebration recently. NACC would like to thank you for working together to carry out our common mission and vision.

To carry forward our mission, NACC is starting a tradition for the first time to celebrate one of our major cultural festivals, Chhath Parva. NACC is organizing a Virtual Chhath Parva 2020 Celebration event on November 20, Friday starting at 4:30PM via Zoom and live streaming from eNepalese. We would like to take this opportunity to invite all community organizations and members to participate in this cultural event and help keep the tradition alive and vibrant in the community for many generations.
