Folk Legend Prem Raja Mahat and Sangita Thapa to Perform

RISE NEPAL EARTHQUAKE BENEFIT ANNOUNCEMENT

Nepal’s legendary folk singer Prem Raja Mahat and rising star Sangita Thapa will perform at a concert to raise funds for Nepal earthquake victims.The Rise Nepal Benefit Concert and Silent Auction will be held Sunday, June 14th, at the Silk Mill, 1707 Princess Anne Street in Fredericksburg, Virginia (one hour south of Washington, DC).

Tickets are available at the Fredericksburg Visitor Center on Caroline Street or at the door. Tickets are $10 for individuals or larger donations accepted for sponsors.

Rise Nepal is raising funds to build transitional homes for victims of the massive April earthquake and to support psycho-social counseling for children supported by the Global Peace Foundation and other partners.
