3rd NPPA Youth Mobilization and Networking

Do you have questions about life after high school? Or the college Application Process? Or life after college? Or need professional advice? Or anything in between? During this Networking event, we will do our best to connect you with the right person to help you through this phase of your life.

The venue for this event is House Office Building  and is sponsored by Maryland State Delegate Honorable Harry Bhandari.

What: 3rd Youth Mobilization and Networking Event

Where: 6 Bladen St, Annapolis, Hall 170, MD 21401-1912, United States

When: March 7th from 10:30-3:00PM

Why: The purpose of this event  is to connect potential mentors within the Nepalese community with our younger generation. We expect it to foster a rich personal and professional development of  our  youth. You will learn many facts and ideas to be successful in your career including some internship opportunities during this event.

How: By inviting Nepalese professionals from  various backgrounds who will share their professional personal journey. Participants will have  an opportunity to meet the panel members, ask questions, and gain knowledge from them.

  2. Mrs. Sarita Malakar – Director, SEC and Corporate Governance Counsel at American Water
  3. Mrs. Sita Shrestha – Medical Laboratory Scientist, Department of Transfusion Medicine, Clinical Center, National Institute of Health (NIH)
  4. Hon. Harry Bhandary – Maryland State Delegate
  5. Dr. Deepak Shrestha – Engineer and Entrepreneur
  6. Mr. Mangal Maharjan – Engineer (Renewable Energy)
  7. Mr. Subarna Malakar – Vice President, Global Diversity & Inclusion, Ahold Delhaize
  8. We will also have many other professionals (Information Technology, Scientists of various disciplines, Business, etc.) attending this event. You will have the opportunity to interact with them and build a network.
