Mr. Krishna Balal has been promoted to ITF Master of the 7th Degree Black belt.

Mr. Krishna Balal has been promoted to ITF (International Taekwon-Do Federation) Master of the 7th Degree Black belt.The ITF Executive Board meeting had accepted an application form for the 7th-degree Black belt exam on 13 March 2021 with the endorsement of Nepal ITF.

Mr. Balal’s 7th-degree black belt exam was conducted with the Pan American Taekwon-Do Council President and ITF EB member Grandmaster Rios on 10th April 2021. Mr. Balal successfully passed the 7th degree Black belt exam from Grandmaster Rios on 10th April 2021.

Krishna Balal was the holder of a 2nd-degree Black belt along with an Instructor under the National Sports Council in Nepal before joining the ITF in 1998.

He has been involved in Taekwon-Do for 33 years. Mr. Krishna has been the president of Nepal for 9 years.

Mr. Krishna founded the National Martial arts Games Confederation under the national sports council in 2008 as an umbrella martial arts organization.Mr. Balal is one of the well-known names in the Nepali martial arts sectors in the International Martial arts field. He has made great contributions to the Nepalese ITF Taekwon-Do development and expansion in his tenure.

Mr. Balal received the Outstanding Instructor Medal in 2007 and ITF Order in 2009. Meanwhile, Mr, Balal has been awarded the Outstanding leadership from Taekwon-Do Hall of Fame along with Who’s Who Legends Awards from American Martial Arts Alliance in the USA.

Mr. Balal has received a special recognition letter from US Senator Hon, Tim Kaine.Mr. Balal has been living in the United States since 2011. He is one of the directors of the United States Official Taekwon-Do Organization (USA-ITF)

Mr. Balal is an Instructor of the Grandmaster H.K. Lee academy of Taekwon-Do ( 2012-2021)
