Online Panel Discussion for Youth Leaders to Enhance Leadership, Service & Emotional-Well Being.Rotary Club of Kathmandu Mid-town and Corporate Programs- The Art of Living Nepal in collaboration with Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN), Rotary International District 3292, FNCCI, Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum, Zonta Club of Kathmandu, ToastmastersInternational, and Team NEPO presents a panel discussion with powerful speakers from different walks of life on the topic “Way Forward for Youth Leaders” – Leadership, Service & Emotional-Well Being scheduled to be broadcasted live on August 22 at 5 PM via the
Facebook page of Corporate Programs AoL Nepal (fb.com/eawnepal).

The objective of the session is a dialogue to share experiences and information to provide some guidance and inspiration for the future. When the mindset is focused on inner development of the individual, the vision is on what is possible rather than what is not. A positive mindset hones in and taps the inner potential even during the most difficult and uncertain times. Panelists for this session are:

1. Rajib Pokhrel, Rotary International District 3292 Governor will speak on “Service for Community Cause and Leadership Roles”
2. Shekhar Golcha, Vice President FNCCI will speak about “Nepal’s Economy and Opportunities During COVID-19”
3. Moon Pradhan, Division A Director of Toastmasters International District 41 & Club Secretary of Zonta Club of Kathmandu will speak on her experiences with “Investing in Yourself”
4. Dr. Arun R. Joshi, Founder, and CEO of Leadership Academy Nepal will speak on the Importance of Managing and Leading Oneself to Lead Others.

The session will be moderated by Neeva M. Pradhan, Immediate Past President of Rotary Club of Kathmandu Midtown & Coordinator of Corporate Programs AoL Nepal. There is scientific evidence that suggests that engagement in service projects helps to develop
skills, expand connections, and feel a sense of belongingness, which are critical for personal growth and overall well-being. The panelists will elaborate on different aspects of leadership, and focus on factors that help develop confidence, purposefulness, emotional well-being,
values, networking and partnership development, and integrity in life.
