On behalf of Madheshi Association in America (MAA), we would like to congratulate Dr. Birendra Sah for receiving 2020 Gold Standard Award from Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY, USA where he is Associate Professor of Medicine and Medical Director of ICU. He was also awarded with Intensivist of the year in 2020 selected by the residents and fellows. We are proud of him and his accomplishments.
Dr. Sah is originally from Janakpur, Dhanusha, Nepal and currently lives in New York with his wife and two daughters. He completed MBBS from BP Koirala Institute of Health Science, Dharan, Nepal, and residency in internal medicine from SUNY Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY, USA. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.
