Dear All,
     The ANTA has formed the Immigration Committee under Ram Naresh Pandey leadership. This newly formed committee will be coordinating with Immigration Lawyers in United States to sign the MOU to provide initial legal counseling service at free of cost to Madheshis who lives in the USA if someone approach to ANTA for help. This committee will make the process and share the details to all the ANTA members & well wishers to take the advantage from this program, the current focus will be to help filing Temporary Protected Status (TPS) which has been extended for 18 months for Nepalese citizen according to the press release by Secretary of Department of Homeland Security of the USA. Here are the committee members detail:
