This life story was born in the fertile soil of the far eastern horizon of Nepal, where the first rays of the sun gently sweep the water waves of the Mechi River, in the soil of the former Gauramuni Village Development Committee Ward No. 3 of Jhapa. On that rainy season of Asad 28, 2037 B.E., with the incessant rain falling from the sky and the emergence of a new consciousness on earth, a new member arrived in a middle-class, simple and working-class family. A wonderful child took his first steps on earth as the second child and eldest son in the courtyard of father Ganesh Bhattarai KC and mother Radhika Bhattarai KC. The financial condition of that family was very modest and struggling. Father Ganesh Bhattarai worked as a traditional healer in the village, who used to provide mental healing to the simple and suffering people of the village with the help of enchanted smoke, akshata and meow. The fate of that child, born in a traditional home filled with the fragrance of mantras, incense, and spiritual vibrations, became the most unique and mysterious chapter in history.
The child was born in his ancestral home. But his birth was not a celebration, but a deep silence, confusion and fear. When the child came to earth, the midwife and family members were terrified. The child’s appearance was not at all like that of a normal person. A very small, withered body and long, scaly hairs spread all over his body. The child, who looked like a mysterious ‘murkuta’ or invisible creature heard in folk tales, did not breathe, nor did he cry. The child, who was declared dead at birth, was buried in a pit dug under the cold ground and made a grave according to the social tradition of the village. The family returned home crying, but nature had already planned another miraculous morning. After some time, when people reached the pit, an unimaginable and unprecedented sight was seen. The small scaly child was playing alive after breaking open the chest of the ground and emerging above the pit. That child, who had left the cold bed of death and was smiling in the warm sun of the earth, later became ‘Bharat Bhattarai’, the world-famous spiritual seeker ‘Simanta Guru’ of today. This incident was not just a memory, it was the first living proof of the supernatural and divine knowledge he had received from the supreme being, Lord Shri Ram, who had enabled him to conquer death and return for the welfare of the world.
That wonderful child, who was raised from the dark soil of Chiyan, was not limited to the traditional circle of his father’s religious education. Surmounting the mountains of poverty and struggle of a middle-class family, he took the path of modern education. Having learned in the dust and dirt of the village government school, he honed his intellectual brilliance in such a way that he finally obtained a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature. That intensive study of English literature gave him that magical craft of Western philosophy, world thought system, and language, with the help of which he can communicate with modern, well-educated, and technology-friendly youth in any corner of the world today in an equally logical and hypnotic manner. This rare combination of the Eastern spiritual consciousness inherited from his father and the Western language acquired from the university became the strongest foundation of his personality.
As his life progressed, a new family turning point came in his life in Vikram Samvat 2056 BS, when he got married to Savitra. After settling down to a household life, two second-generation children, a son and a daughter, were born in his courtyard. But he did not get lost in the comfort of a room and family. The spiritual fire burning within him and the hunger to serve people drove him out of the house. He traveled to every nook and cranny of Nepal, measuring the mountains, hills, and valleys of the Terai, and toured 50 districts on foot and on site. During those trips, he did not stay in any big hotels, but rather reached the huts of the poor, suffering, and disease-ridden people in remote areas. Wiping the tears of the people there, looking at their faces to find out the cause of their suffering (face reading), he worked to provide healing and spiritual energy to the people through the supernatural knowledge he received from Lord Shri Ram. This nationwide journey gave him the opportunity to understand the real suffering of the common people.
The center of the entire power, thought and life of Seemanta Guru is his exclusive devotion to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Shri Ram. He does not consider himself a God or a magician, but rather an ordinary and dedicated servant of Shri Ram. He says that this is not his personal magic, it is the gift of initiation and supernatural knowledge given to him in a dream by Lord Shri Ram himself. In his room, in his ashram and on his lips, there is always the echo of ‘Jai Shri Ram’. He mixes with the patients as if he is not a stranger but their own brother or guardian. Whether it is a common person or a distinguished person, he sits on the floor, hugs, laughs and talks to everyone with intimacy. There is no pride or arrogance in him, but rather the utmost modesty and humility that should be in a saint is reflected, so that as soon as people meet him, they feel that half of their illness has been cured by his proximity, intimate words and smile.
Times have changed and with time, Seemant Guru has also made his service style modern and technology-friendly. He gave his service a legal and institutional form by registering ‘Alokik Psikho Shastri Jyotish Company’ in Tarakeshwor, Kathmandu. But his popularity suddenly skyrocketed when he made social media, especially TikTok and Facebook Live, a medium for his spiritual practice. Today, every evening, when people around the world are glued to their mobile screens after finishing their work, Seemant Guru appears on TikTok Live. He stays online for 7 to 8 hours continuously daily. Not only patients from remote areas of Nepal like Kalikot, Bajura or Taplejung are connected to that live, but thousands of Nepalis who are bleeding and sweating in Kuwait, Qatar, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia or Europe-America but do not have the time or the money to go to the hospital due to illness are also connected. The Guru reads their faces online (face reading) and blows oil and water in their house or room with his divine mantra, imparting healing and energy through the supernatural knowledge received from Lord Shri Ram. Many patients have cried and expressed happiness live, saying that after applying that oil and water and listening to his voice, they have been cured of years of mental stress, paralysis, hearing problems or chronic diseases. This has become a great curiosity for modern science and a great miracle for the spiritual field.
In this regard, he has successfully visited India, Bhutan and Kuwait in the international arena. Wherever he goes, a vast sea of Nepalis working abroad flock to welcome him and seek his blessings. Currently, he lives directly in the ashram in Kathmandu for 6 days a week, where 700 to 800 patients come from different corners of the country every day. He treats the patients without any expensive fees or chemical medicines, only with his breath, the natural touch of water and oil, and the supernatural knowledge received from Lord Shri Ram, and sends them home after giving them special rest and blessings. Due to this public service and positive energy, today he has established himself as the most famous and respected guru in the country and abroad.
This life journey, which started from a middle-class bed in Jhapa, emerged from the cold soil of Chiyan, and combined the legacy of his father’s traditional Dhamijhakri with the consciousness of a master’s degree in English literature, has become global today. Seemant Guru will no longer be limited to Nepal or the Gulf countries. Carrying his spiritual energy, devotion to Shri Ram, and the bag of supernatural divine knowledge received from Lord Shri Ram, he is now preparing for a grand journey to Western countries like Britain (UK), America (USA), Canada, and Europe. His main objective is to connect Nepalis scattered all over the world and to give new life to mentally and physically exhausted people by providing them with treatment and positive energy through the supernatural knowledge received from Lord Shri Ram. Seemant Guru is a living and strong example of how a person’s inner faith, mental determination, and spiritual power can work wonders even in this age of science and technology. His journey will continue in this way in the service of humanity until eternity.
