The Newah Organization of America (NOA) family is deeply saddened to share the news of the sudden passing of Mr. Bhakta Lal Pradhan, the beloved father of NOA Life Members Mr. Laxman Pradhan and Mr. Ram Pradhan and father-in-law of Mrs. Sarita Pradhan and Mrs. Kavita Pradhan respectively. Mr. Bhakta Lal Pradhan passed away at the age of 87 on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Mr. Pradhan is survived by five sons and five daughters-in-law, one daughter and one son-in-law, and thirteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
We join the Pradhan family in mourning the loss of this cherished and respected member of our community. NOA extends its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and offers prayer for their strength and comfort during this difficult time.
Let us pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
