I agree with the views of many that Rabi Lamichhane is the most popular among politicians. For now, Rabi cannot become PM. He still has so many pending cases. I am sure he will be sent back to jail. On passport cases, he intentionally lied. Because of him, the nation’s money of several hundred million rupees had been wasted to organize the by-elections in Chitwan, he screwed several cooperatives, he is suspicious on two killings, so on and on, the lists continues. He needs clearance from all of these.
Rabi did not wish to stay away from joining communist government. He ran too much to become Deputy PM of Pushpa Kamal Dahal pleasing Khadga Prasad Oli, the culprit of killings more than several dozens Gen Z youths.
Nepali people do not have a sense of evaluating the good and bad. They run after the fake celebritism. Since Rabi is expert on confusing people like Oli used to do, this will not long last.
Still, like many I want Rabi not to relinquish RSP Chairmanship even if he has to give-up the candidacy for Prime Ministership. Rabi and Balen must stand together to defeat those corrupt who sucked Nepal for 36 years. We are so unfortunate that we saw no leader with a smallest of vision to turn Nepal into well developed nation in 36 years. This is indeed why King Mahendra is remembered as the lone statesman of Nepal after the creator of Modern Nepal, Prithvi Narayan Shah, the great.
There should be no rule of NC, UML, other Communists, Madheshbadi, RPP because they all are responsible for turning Nepal into today’s position, “the hell.” Five years of hard workings can change Nepal and push it into a developed nation status. Let’s give a chance to Rabi-Balen unity. Let’s prey for the unity of Rabi and Balen. I am personally so happy to say our great late local leader of Kupandol, lalitpur, Narasingh Byanjankar (dai)’s son is bringing unity effort in Kupandol, our great and lovely place. Let’s support the Rabi-Balen unity and prey their unity become the best for the nation since the nation stands taller than principles, religion or so.
