·         Jun 16, Candidates 1st list publication   

·         Jun 20, Nomination verification and withdrawal deadline

·         Jun 22 – Nominees’ verified list publication

·         Jun 24,   – Complaint on the Nomination  

·         Jun 25, Nominees’ Final list publication

.          July 12 @ 1159 PM – Election Campaign ends 

·         July 14, Sunday   – INLS, Florida Chapter AGM and Voting by Secret ballot

·         July 14 – INLS, Florida Chapter Executive Committee 2024-26 will be officially declared

·         July 14 – Swearing in Ceremony for Elected officers by Election Commissioner in INLS , Florida chapter AGM / Bhanu Jayanti 2024 in west palm beach .

* Election Code of Conduct:

Any attempt to sabotage election process and unprofessional as well as unethical conduct on your behalf will disqualify your candidacy from the election.

INLS, Florida Chapter Election Committee 2024-26, reserves the right to be the final authority to announce and form rules in order to conduct free and transparent election as guided by INLS, Florida Chapter By-laws. 

*Minimum Qualification for each official will be as follows:

1. President: President will be someone who has served on INLS-FL Executive Board for at least one successful term.  One shall not run for the position of the president for more than two consecutive terms.  

2. INLS, Florida Chapter  other Official: For other officers there is no prior term restriction and any valid member of INLS, Florida Chapter can be eligible to contest on any position except for the President.
