The Newah Organization of America (NOA) families are deeply saddened by the demise of Mr. Bishnu Prasad Ranjit, the beloved father of NOA’s Nepal Country Coordinator, Mr. Kiran Ken Ranjit, who is also a past executive member and a life member of NOA. He was the father-in-law of Mrs. Baba Devi Shrestha. He passed away at the age 76 on Friday, January 19th, 2024, in Kathmandu, Nepal.
He is survived by his wife, two sons, two daughter-in-law, two daughters, two son-in-law and three grandchildren. We deeply regret the loss of one of our own very prominent Newah-Nepali community members who touched many lives and contributed so much during her lifetime.
The NOA would like to extend heartfelt condolences to the entire Ranjit family. May God give strength and peace to the entire bereaved family members. Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Kiran Ken Ranjit, Mrs. Baba Devi Shrestha and their loved ones during this difficult time.
Let us pray for the eternal peace of the departed soul!
