Voting based on conscience in powerful position

Better for the country of Nepal , the value of voting according to one’s conscience, rather than blindly following the adopted leader, is fundamental in a democratic society. While political leaders can provide guidance and direction, it is essential for individuals to exercise their independent judgment and make choices based on their own beliefs and principles. Here are a few reasons why voting based on conscience is valuable:

  • Preserving individuality: Voting based on conscience ensures that each person’s unique perspective and values are represented. It allows individuals to maintain their individuality instead of conforming to a collective decision dictated by leadership. This diversity of thought strengthens the democratic process by bringing different ideas and perspectives to the table.
  • Upholding personal ethics: Voting according to one’s conscience is crucial for upholding personal ethics and moral standards. It allows individuals to align their votes with issues and policies they believe to be just and ethical, rather than compromising their values to fit a predetermined agenda.
  • Holding leaders accountable: Voting independently encourages leaders to be more accountable for their actions. When individuals vote based on their beliefs rather than blindly following a leader, it sends a strong message that elected officials must act in the best interest of the people they represent, rather than assuming blind loyalty.
  • Promoting critical thinking: Voting based on conscience promotes critical thinking and a well-informed electorate. It encourages individuals to research and analyze political issues, candidates, and policies, fostering an engaged citizenry. This helps ensure that decisions are made based on merit and thoughtful consideration, rather than on blind obedience.
  • Encouraging democracy: Voting based on conscience is a cornerstone of democratic principles. It emphasizes the importance of individual rights and freedoms, encouraging active participation in the political process. When citizens exercise their voting rights independently, it strengthens the democratic fabric of society and promotes a more inclusive-making process.

Every powerful post should be voted on and filled by qualified individuals, just as in the case of the police department where positions range from DIG to IG, Army chief to where assistants are promoted to the rank of General, and in the various secretarial in the ministry and judicial positions within the government, including judges in the Supreme Court and judges of supreme court.

concept of succession planning within the police force, Army Chief, Supreme Court Chief and Department of Secretary of Ministries to Succession planning is a proactive process where organizations identify and develop individuals from within their ranks to fill key positions when they become vacant. This approach ensures a smooth transition and continuity in organizational leadership. These all positions should be filled by election. Voters should be their own department staff not from the senate. Once they are elected it will be 5 years confirm. If this thing happened, they would work for people’s interest not for the leader’s interest. They must follow the rules of the constitution and they will stay under the constitution not above the constitution because they are there for 5 years and all the assistants should be 2 years only. All the selection committee should be their whole organization staff. This is the perfect time to choose their senior perfectly educated and decent planner officer in the position. They will have no fear of position wiggling form political powers. My idea of writing just refers to the concept of succession planning within the valuable powerful post. Succession planning is a proactive process where organizations identify and develop individuals from within their ranks to fill key positions when they become vacant. This approach ensures a smooth transition and continuity in organizational leadership.

In the context of all powerful posts, junior officers can indeed be selected and groomed for future leadership roles. These individuals often possess the necessary skills, experience, and potential to take on higher-level positions. By identifying and investing in the development of promising individuals, all powerful departments can create a pipeline of qualified candidates ready to step into leadership roles when their need arises.

Succession planning involves assessing the needs of the organization, identifying potential candidates, and providing them with appropriate training, mentoring, and opportunities for growth. By doing so, all powerful departments can maintain institutional knowledge, promote career advancement, and ensure a seamless transfer of responsibilities from one generation of leaders to the next.

My idea is if we can vote for Mayer why not vote for all these powerful positions for 5- and 2-years election at the same time when mayor election is arises. Once 5 years are served, they will be removed and re-elected as qualified candidates for positions. The Senate will not interfere in the election. Again, voters are their individual organizational staff. It’s very easy to do that at their posting place.

In conclusion, the value of voting based on conscience lies in preserving individuality, upholding personal ethics, holding leaders accountable, promoting critical thinking, and encouraging democracy. It ensures that the collective will of the people is a true reflection of their diverse beliefs and values, fostering a more inclusive and just society.
