American Society of Nepalese Engineers (ASNEngr) Chicago had organized Math Competition, Science Competition and Career Counseling in Nepal Fest on June 17 and 18 in Golf Mills, Niles, Illinois, USA.

Nepal Fest 2023 was organized by Nepali American Center and ASNEngr Chicago was a partner of the Nepali Fest. ASNEngr Chicago has been doing such competition in the past and some kids who have involved in this competitions have done exceptionally well in their schools as well at the State and National level.

Parents and Kids enthusiastically participated in the ASNEngr activity and Math and Science competition was a huge success. Chicago Chapter officers and volunteers worked very hard, conducted the program in an extremely professional manner and maintained the integrity of the competition. The community appreciated the competition so well that ASNEngr Chicago will be doing this type of event in a regular manner.

There were 35 participants in the Math Competition and 15 participants in the Science Competition. Grade 6 to 8 had a tight competition in Math, all of them got all correct or 1 problem away from having all correct.

There was tight competition in the other area as well. Science competition was equally competitive, with some participants getting almost equal votes.

The Math Competition was sponsored by Shristi and Avirag Hosakote. Science Competition was sponsored by Nepalischools.com

Math competition was managed by ASNEngr Chicago Vice President Manoj Khadka. The Science Competition was managed by ASNEngr Chicago Vice President Prasanna Subedi.

Career Counseling was managed by ASNEngr Chicago General Secretary Kiran Adhikary. The ASNEngr Fest Event was managed by ASNEngr Chicago President Madan Baral.
