Dear All, Namaste!

ANA believes on the brain of the young Nepalese diaspora needs to be protected to achieve the most desirable, competitive, and outstanding academic outcomes which in the future, turn out to be the most productive helping hand to the ANA community and to Nepal as a whole.

This program is designed to support financially to current college or university-going students from all levels and within the ANA’s region.

Objective:

1. To strengthen Nepalese students in higher education financially
2. To instill respect for Nepalese young students in higher education towards ANA
3. To save Nepalese students’ intelligence by providing more time to focus on studies than other distractions (work etc.)

Scholarship Basket Amount:

1. Each scholarship basket contains $300. (or more and if so will be announced on the day of the drawing)

The number of Scholarship Baskets available:

1. 20 students will receive scholarship baskets by drawing (number can go higher)

Who Can Apply:

1. You must be a current college/university-going student of ANA’s region
2. All the current college-going students of the Nepalese diaspora
3. All the current University going students of the Nepalese diaspora
4. You can be studying in any area of study/any major or specialization can apply
5. No need to show that you are financially unable to pay tuition
6. No need to worry that you currently receive a full scholarship for your tuition
7. After all, students are students

Who Cannot Apply:

1. All current high school and below students
2. Who has already graduated from college and university by June 2023

How does the Scholarship Determine:

1. Name and addresses of all the applicants will put together in a basket
2. A drawing is done in front of an audience in the ANA program for each scholarship
3. One name is drawn only once
4. No need to show that you are financially unable to pay tuition

How can you apply:

1. A copy of a valid (not expired) photo ID of your current college or university-Take a picture of both sides of the ID and send it by email
2. Your email address
3. Your current mailing address
4. Phone number

Due Date to send the completed application:

1. July 1, 2023, till 5 pm MDT-Denver Colorado time.

Do you need to be in Denver, Colorado to Receive the Scholarship

1. If you can please come to the program
2. If you are not in the venue, you will receive the scholarship by mail to your home address
3. If your name is drawn, we will notify you by phone
