यस राजदूतावासको अग्रसरतामा  Institute for Integrated Development Studies (IIDS) ले The Asia Foundation (TAF) को सहयोगमा अमेरिकामा रहनुभएका नेपालीहरु (Nepali Diaspora in the US) सम्बन्धी एक अध्ययन गरिरहेको छ।

उक्त अध्ययनको लागि उपयोगी सूचना संकलन गर्ने उद्देश्यले IIDS ले गरिरहेको सर्वेमा सहभागी हुन चाहनुहुन्छ भने तल दिईएको वेब लिङ्कमा गई आफ्नो अमुल्य सुझावहरु दिनुहुन अमेरिकामा रहनुभएका सबै नेपालीहरु समक्ष यस राजदूतावास हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछ। यस सर्वेमा तपाईलाई १० मिनेटभन्दा बढि समय लाग्नेछैन।

अमेरिकामा रहनुभएका नेपालीहरु कुनकुन क्षेत्रमा बसोबास गरी केकस्तो केकस्तो ज्ञान, सीप, विज्ञता र अनुभवहरु हासिल गर्नुभएको छ भन्ने कुरा पत्ता लगाई वहाँहरुलाई दूतावासले प्रदान गर्ने घुम्ती कन्सुलर सेवा लगायत अन्य सेवाहरु कसरी सहजरुपमा प्रदान गर्न सकिन्छ र वहाँहरुको ज्ञान, सीप, विज्ञता, अनुभव र लगानीलाई नेपालको विकास प्रकृयामा कसरी उपयोग गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने विषयमा जानकारी प्राप्त गर्नु यस अध्ययनको उदेश्य हो।

If you are a Nepali living in the USA, the Embassy of Nepal in Washington, D.C. has a special request for you. The Embassy has initiated the “Study of Nepali Diaspora in the US” through the Institute for Integrated Development Studies (IIDS) with the support from The Asia Foundation (TAF).

The aim of this study is to understand in which cities and states the Nepali Diaspora is concentrated and also to learn about their knowledge, skills, expertise and experiences so that the Embassy can better provide its consular services to them, including through mobile consular services. The study will also help identify areas and avenues for utilizing the Diaspora Nepali’s knowledge, skills, expertise, experiences and investments in the overall development efforts of Nepal.

If you’re interested in helping to shape Nepal Government’s policies towards the Nepali Diaspora, kindly take a few minutes to complete the survey by visiting the following link. It should only take up to 10 minutes of your time.
