Bhubaneswar: Nepal Writer Ranjana Niraula received prestigious Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF) Book Award 2022 . Odisha Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal conferred the award to Ranjana Niraula and others writers at glittering function held at Bhubaneswar during the inaugural day of the 9th Kalinga Literary Festival (KLF).
