Dear NPPA Patrons, Life Members, and Community Members, Jwajalapa,
We, at Nepa Pasa Pucha Amerikaye (NPPA), are extremely saddened by the demise of NPPA Founder member, former Vice-President, and Life Member Mr. Madan Tamrakar, father of NPPA Patron Mr. Sugandha Tamrakar, NPPA Life Members Mr. Bibhinna Tamrakar and Mr. Suman Tamrakar and father-in-law of NPPA Patron Mrs. Sumeena Tamrakar, NPPA Life Members Mrs. Geeta Tamrakar and Mrs. Reshmi Tamrakar. He passed away in Maryland, USA on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the age of 84 years. He was born on January 2, 1937 in Nepal.
Mr. Tamrakar is survived by his wife NPPA Life Member Mrs. Muna Tamrakar, four sons, four daughters, four daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, 12 grandchildren, three grandsons-in-law, one granddaughter-in-law, and six great-grandchildren.
Mr. Tamrakar was a founder member and the current Thakuli (the senior-most member) of Nepa Guthi.
Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Tamrakar family for their irreparable loss. Our prayers are with them at this tough time of grief and pray for the eternal and heavenly peace of the departed soul.
