Embassy of Nepal in Washington D.C. has planned a temporary consular service camp (घूमती शिविर) at Chicago on April 17-18, 2021 to provide assistance in passport renewal, tourist visa, NRN ID card, letter for the power of attorney, certification of official documents, and one-way travel permission letter for Nepalese or people of Nepalese origin living in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, and other surrounding states. This service is offered at two locations.
April 17th (Saturday): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Chicago Curry House (899 S. Plymouth Ct, Chicago, Illinois, 60605)
April 18th (Sunday): 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM at CNFS Office (1020 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Chicago, Illinois, 60660 )

In addition, the new Ambassador to the USA H.E. Dr. Yuba Raj Khatiwada is also visiting Chicago for an official diplomatic mission and witness the consular services. We have planned an interaction session with the Ambassador and his staff.
