Lions Club International is a global service organization established in 1917. With Over 1.4 million Lions and Leo members worldwide, the organization has been serving humanitarian causes in various areas, including Hunger, Disaster, Sights and Tissue, Pediatric Cancer, Diabetes, Environment, Youth, etc.
The organization is a nonpartisan and non-religious humanitarian organization solely dependent on the contribution of its members. Therefore, the number of its member and the membership fee is pivotal in generating funds to this organization.

These statistics and scenarios allow Nepalese Lions to feel proud in terms of the membership and service activities to impact humanity at large.
