This is CALL FOR PAPERS notice for the global journal- Strategic Planning for Energy and the Environment.
he Strategic Planning for Energy and the Environment, an international journal with quarterly publication from River Publishers, invites original multi-faceted manuscripts encompassing planning and policies and research and development in the field of energy and environment for global sustainability and harmony.
The Strategic Planning for Energy and the Environment (SPEE) journal, which was formally published by Taylor & Francis, has archived and accumulated several decades of state-of-the-art and cutting-edge technologies and knowledge in the fields of energy and environment.T It is currently published and managed by the Rivers Publisher with an Editorial Team lead by Editor in Chief Prof. Medani P. Bhandari and Associate Editors Prof. Durga Dutta Poudel (USA) and Prof. Jacek Binda (Poland). There are world famous scholars in the advisory panel and well as in the editorial board from various countries including Prof. Keshav Bhattarai and Dr. Ambika Adhikari of Nepali diaspora. The journal thrives to publish high quality papers form both academic and professional fields. The main goal of the journal is publishing the highest quality articles, creating the knowledge hub within the Energy and Environment (EE) domain, and contributing to building our sustainable future. The Strategic Planning for Energy and the Environment (SPEE) journal aims regularly publishing the highest articles generated through research, field investigation, case studies, and other endeavors that keep highest importance within and beyond the Energy and Environment nexus.
It is well known that the planet earth is currently facing a number of environmental and climate change issues including ozone layer depletion, global warming, natural disasters, loss of biodiversity, and environmental pollution. Global climate change and environmental degradation have tremendous negative impact on ecosystem processes and life on earth. Ozone layer depletion has affected human and animal health (i.e. eye diseases, skin cancer, infectious diseases, changes on species composition), aquatic ecosystems (affect the distribution of phytoplankton’s, reproduction system alteration), bio-geo-chemical cycles (both terrestrial and aquatic bio-geo-chemical cycles), and air quality (can increase both production and destruction of ozone and related oxidants such as hydrogen peroxide-which can have direct adverse effects). Similarly, global warming is another serious problem. Evidence shows that Global temperature increase 0.3-6 degree C within last 100 years, and humans are the major contributor for this change. Carbon dioxide is the major greenhouse gas causing global warming. The evidence of global warming is Rise in global temperature and subsequent rise in sea level, which ultimately affect ecosystems of the planet. These problems are directly connected with the energy consumption. In addition, there exists a huge knowledge gap in this area. This journal aims to add the factual knowledge within the energy and the environment domain and aims to contribute to the policy formation to overcome such challenges.
The journal – The Strategic Planning for Energy and the Environment (SPEE) thrives to advancement of scientific and technological knowledge in combination with the analysis of the conditions of built and natural environments and their relationship or adaptation or rejections by stakeholders particularly in environmental governance and policy formation.
We invite papers that deal with any of the following sub-topics along the theme (the list is not exhaustive): covering the trans-disciplinary areas of your choice such as, 1) energy and environment nexus including energy and environmental theories and practices, 2) green technologies, 3) environmental friendly energy systems, 4) low carbon energy production and use, 5) sustainable consumption of energy resources, 6) environmental impacts of energy production, 7) climate change-induced energy and environmental uncertainties, 8) interlinkages between energy and environmental resources and sustainability, 9) environmental governance, legislation, and environmental policies for sustainable energy production, 10) renewable and alternative energy resources, 11) energy, environment and socio-cultural nexus, 12) energy conservation, conservation, efficiencies, greenhouse gases, 13) biosphere, biodiversity, bioenergy, biofuels, and biomass, 14) climate change, energy conservation, deforestation, and ecosystem health, 15) emissions, air quality and atmospheric science, 16) environmental impact assessment, 17) recycling and waste management, 18) international treaties and initiatives in relation to energy, environment, and climate, and 19) sustainable development or any topic of within this domains.
The Strategic Planning for Energy and the Environment (SPEE) journal aims to publish the highest quality articles generated through research, field investigation, case studies, and other endeavors that keep highest importance within and beyond the Energy and Environment nexus.
Every paper will blindly peer-reviewed for academic quality. The SPEE journal is published by the Rivers publishing house, Denmark, the Netherlands, USA.

Instructions for the papers (submission guidelines are listed on the journal website link):
Minimum length of the papers is 15 and the maximum is 20 (including references and footnotes).
Paper format will be the same as the scholarly / academic international journal of environmental and social sciences. Please follow AIMRDC Format (if applicable):
A = Abstract (we can say here why the chapter is important- what methods are used- how data are obtained- what are measure finding- and key message of the chapter).
I = Introduction, what question (problem) was studied
M = Methods, how was the problem studied
R = Results, what are the findings
D = Discussion, what do these findings mean
C = Conclusion- summary of the chapter with key findings and results (in the case of opinion- or professional paper, authors have to summarize the major arguments with the proofs of empirical evidences)
Journal maintains most of the standards of international academic / scholarly journal.
It is great opportunity scientific community to publish scholarly papers on about 4 decades old established journal. Any questions please contact editorial team.
