It is our privilege to issue this announcement to conduct a fair and free democratic election for the positions of Newah Organization of America (NOA) Executive Committee (2020-2023) according to the bylaws set in the NOA constitution within the stipulated time frame. we believe the good standing interested members step forward to file the nomination within the deadline to make joyful announcement of the new executive team on the day of 2020 Annual General Meeting 2020 AGM, that is going to be held soon. Please follow the attached guidelines and file the nomination on time with proper procedure. We would appreciate if you could forward it for wider circulation.

It is hereby notified to all the eligible NOA Members and interested individuals to file for their candidacy for the NOA Executive Committee (2020-2023). If more than one candidate files the nomination for the same position, the secret ballet voting will be conducted on the day before the NOA Annual General Meeting (AGM )most probably in the virtual gathering to be announced.

The nomination form must be filled in completely and submitted no later than August 15, 2020, Saturday, Time 12:00 am or midnight EST, with a check payable to NOA or PayPal transaction. The nomination form can be downloadable from www.newah.org or also available on request to El Committee. The completed nomination form must reach to the Election Commission Chair by postal mail or scanned copy to:

The election will be held as per the rules and regulations of NOA constitution, and the rules not outlined will be formulated by the Election Commission if needed. The democratic practice will be fully applied during the election process.
Important Dates to follow:
Nomination Filing: August 15, 2020, Mid Night 11:59 EST (NS Goon-laa 26, 1140)
Withdrawal Date: August 25, 2020, Mid Night 11.59 EST (NS Yan-laa 6, 1140)
Announcement of New Executive Committee for 2020-23 will takes place on the day of Newah Organization of America (NOA)‘s All General Meeting set by the Current Executive committee.
