We, at Nepa Pasa Pucha Amerikaye (NPPA), are extremely saddened by the demise of Mrs. Maya Devi Shrestha, mother of NPPA Life Members Mrs. Kabita Pradhan and Mrs. Samjhana Shrestha and mother-in-law of NPPA Life Members Mr. Ram Pradhan and Mr. Sushil Shrestha. She passed away in Kathmandu, Nepal on Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at the age of 84 years. She was born in 1936 in Doti, Nepal.
Mrs. Shrestha is survived by her husband Mr. Dwarka Prasad Shrestha, three daughters, three sons-in-law, and six grandchildren.
Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the bereaved Pradhan and Shrestha families for their irreparable loss. Our prayers are with them at this tough time of grief and pray for the eternal and heavenly peace of the departed soul.
