The topic is very relevant and important on the current issues with the Nepal India boarder – Kalapani, Lipulekha, and Limpiyadhura. The guest speaker is a researcher on Border Issues of Nepal With India and China. He is the Managing Director of Bhumichitra Mapping Company P. Ltd. and a former Director General of Land Survey Department, Government of Nepal. I kindly request you all to attend this important talk session.
