NASeA’s Annual General Meeting !!!
It is our pleasure to remind you all that 15 th NASeA / ANMA Joint convention is going to be held in Winston -Salem, NC during coming Labor Day weekend 30 Aug to 01 Sept 2019. As usual in every joint convention, we will be having our Annual General Meeting during this joint convention on the following date, time and venue with the following agenda.
Date – 01 Sept 2019, Sunday
Time – 5 PM
Venue – Winston – Salem Marriott Hotel
Agenda for AGM
Transfer of NASeA’s Saving Fund from Capital One to Bank of America for more Annual Percentage Yield ( APY )
Emergency Management Fund Operation
Establishment of the official relationship between NASeA as a regional organization with all state organizations of NASeA region through written MOU.
Review the official relationship between NASeA and Asia/Pacific American Council ( APAC) of Georgia.
Miscellaneous
All life members and valid current paid yearly are kindly requested to attend this very important Annual General Meeting of NASeA. All respected Life Members and Yearly Members are kindly requested to forward to under mentioned no later than 10 August 2019, if any of you have any other important Agenda that need to be discussed in this AGM. Depending upon executive committee’s decision any relevant and important agenda can be added in AGM.
