Swaraj Khati has officially announced his candidacy for the ICC Member position in the forthcoming NRNA election. Mr.Khati, during 2017-18 term served as National Youth Coordinator and took several initiatives and involved in various projects with successful completion. Khati initialized “Youth Leadership Scholarship Award” that aims to promote student leadership for college students. In order to strengthen the scholarship program, he initiated and institutionalized Youth Scholarship Fund.While working as a Central Committee member of NRNA Help Desk, he structured and managed the NRNA Helpline System. He has recently taken important role as an IT Committee Chair, and he has proved himself as a competent person who is capable of handling critical tasks and taking crucial decisions even during demanding situation .
Khati born in Janakpur, Nepal came to USA in 2009 and completed his degree from Louisiana Tech University in Computer Science and Business Management. He has been working as a IT professional since 2014. He has always been an advocate for unity,integration,non-political and inclusiveness which was demonstrated during the entire time he served as a Youth coordinator through his hard work, dedication and honesty. .As a ICC Member, he is determined to continue working hard and utilize his new position to further support in advancement of the institution by integrating NCC with ICC , empowering youths and mobilizing youth intellectual capital resources to support NRNA movement.
