  1. What factor initiate you to pursue another Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership?

First, I would like to congratulate Enepalese.com for disseminating knowledge to the people. It is also the outcome of a good leader and I wish all the success for the endeavor it has been making since the beginning.

For the above question, I can say, education is the process of learning. It never ends. Really, as Nelson Mandela quotes, it is a powerful instrument for change.  I really want to keep my mind busy for the changes that have a direct effect on day to day business activities. It is not for earning purpose but for the sake of earning dare knowledge.

  1. You have your experience working in the education sector and at the same time engaging on earning different academic degrees. What relation you found between these two similar aspects of life?

As you know, education means imparting knowledge and skills. Education level increases when we use them frequently. My purpose is to use knowledge and experiences gained in demanding sectors. Coming out of the education sector, I can say we have so much more to learn. Education is the foundation for a professional career. Doctors, engineers, IT, entrepreneurs, teachers, and much more careerists have only one common thing and that is education. Therefore, I enjoy myself learning different education sectors and meanwhile help others using my expertise as and when needed.

  1. As a community leader and an educator, what will be your opinion?

One thing, community service is for helping people who really seek assistance. Help appears in different forms such as imparting education and increasing awareness against practices that do not have positive effect on society. As an educator, I can say, utilizing earned knowledge to the needy is a commendable task. It is a self-satisfactory job to be a good leader and vision for the success of the community, people, and organization.

  1. Overall, how you explain the leader for the development of community and the organizations?

Last but not the least, leader see big pictures such as vision, mission, goal, strategy, structure, and people. However, sometimes time, money, and expertise also limit the role and function as expected by the community and organization. The goal is to achieve positive result and success in the time by allocating available core resources. It is true that a capable leader is always equipped with conceptual, technical, and human skill. By the help of these skills, they can translate knowledge into real and practical action. Output can be increased and thus, there appears a positive relation in between capable leader and development of the community.
