Help for Nepal Earthquake Victims

Friends of Nepal, Los Angeles has taken initiative to set up an emergency relief fund for the disaster recovery and relief efforts of the recent 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal at noon on April 25, 2015. The fund is being collected through   As President of the Friends of Nepal, Los Angeles I urge you all to donate what you can to help with the extensive damage caused by this terrible natural disaster.

All donations collected in this fund will go towards disaster recovery and relief efforts. Friends of Nepal Los Angeles plans on working with a very reliable non-governmental, non-profit organization such as Nepal Red Cross to make sure that the funds will go to where it is needed.

The 7.8 earthquake with an epicenter in Lamjung, some 80 kilometer northwest of Kathmandu has caused extensive damage in Nepal. Many lives have been lost and the death toll continues to rise. Centuries old historic sites in Kathmandu and other parts of Nepal has been destroyed. Various aid agencies are involved in relief efforts and they need your help.
